Appraiser

Mitchell Young is a native of Asheville. Mitchell was recruited into the real estate appraisal business by his brother, Lincoln Young. Mitchell began working for Appalachian Appraisal Company in 1999. He became a full time real estate appraiser in 2000.

Mitchell generally covers the north and west sections of Buncombe County, along with Madison, Haywood, and Henderson County.

Mitchell has contacts in the various counties and spends considerable time in each area. This enables him to be able to provide expert opinions in all the territories that he covers.
